The Ministry of the Solicitor General is recruiting a senior leader to serve as Deputy Director, Basic Constable and Special Constable Training at the Ontario Police College in Aylmer. This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping province-wide police training, leading strategic program development, advancing modernization efforts, and supporting the delivery of standardized, evidence-based training for police and special constable recruits.
The successful candidate will bring expertise in adult education, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change. They will guide multi-year planning, lead training system transformation, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive learning environment for Ontario’s policing sector.
