CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations received by March 31st, 2025 will be eligible for a full refund, less a $25 administration fee.

Cancellations received between April 1st and May 14th, 2025 will be entitled to a 50% refund.

No refunds will be granted after May 14th, 2025.

In all cases noted above, delegate substitution is permitted with written notice to the OAPSB.
